Terms Of Service for Pinclever LLC
 

1. Services Offered
Pinclever LLC provides comprehensive digital advertising solutions, including:​

  • Campaign Management and Optimization

  • Creative Design for Ads

  • Performance Reporting and Analysis

While our primary expertise lies in Pinterest advertising, we also extend our services to other advertising platforms as needed.
 

2. Payment Policy
Clients are billed monthly for agreed-upon services, with payments automatically charged to the credit card on file. Payment is due on the same date each month for the duration of the agreement.

Failure to pay fees may result in an immediate pause of services until payment is resolved.
 

3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their agreement after the initial contracted term by providing a written notice. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to maria@pinclever.com.
 

4. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are not provided for work already performed during a billing cycle.
 

5. Delivery of Services
All services are delivered digitally and include regular performance updates, strategic recommendations, and scheduled client review calls.

Weekly updates and a dedicated monthly call are included to ensure transparency and alignment on objectives.
 

6. Confidentiality
Both Pinclever LLC and the client agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary information shared during the course of our partnership. No information will be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
